The Adventures of Terrik Zion

I don’t remember if I’ve mentioned it here or not, but I messed up my thumb a couple weeks ago (entirely my fault) and since the Sunday before last I’ve been having numbness and pain (nerve damage?). Being that my right hand is my drawing hand, that stalled me from working on TATZ issue 5 for a bit. I finally started getting feeling back in it yesterday, although I still can’t move it in certain ways or I get a zinging pain and then my thumb goes numb, so I’m trying to be careful with it. That means no wood working for now since that involves lots of precise hand motions and gripping tools (which aggravates the numbing issue). So the replica blasters are on a slight hold for now, but at least I can work on art. I pencilled and inked TATZ page 7 yesterday and I flatted and colored it today. Tomorrow I begin on pages 8 and 9 which are a double page spread! I’m really quite excited for that because it’s the first one I’ve ever done. I don’t know how I’ll post that on the website though, I’ll have to think about it. Anyway, that’s about all I’ve got for now so I’ll see you all next week!
